Enjoy a taste of New Orleans on the streets of downtown Mt. Pleasant during Mardi Gras!  This year, in addition to one of the biggest and best parades in mid-Michigan, Mardi Gras will offer activities for the young, and young at heart while the downtown restaurants will be featuring food and drink specials straight out of the New Orleans bayou to tempt your tastebuds.  The Mardi Gras fun begins at 4:30 p.m. with the parade starting at 6:30 p.m.
